Alpine Village Suites is a charming 31 room hotel conveniently located steps from Taos Ski Valley's ski lifts, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping in beautiful Northern New Mexico. Our suites can accommodate anywhere from 2-6 people and we have private home rentals that can accommodate up to 10. We are a pet friendly and a non-smoking establishment. All suites are equipped with kitchenettes, wireless Internet, DirectTV and DVD players. Most suites have the added luxuries of a gas fireplace and a private balcony with mountain or stream side views. After a fun day of skiing or a long hike, relax in our large outdoor hot tub. Rejuvenate in our dry sauna, or treat yourself to a massage and spa service. Other amenities include: ski lockers, DVD rentals, optional valet parking, and access to our business and conference facilities. The Alpine Village complex is comprised of three ski shops and a family-friendly bar and restaurant. The Stray Dog Cantina is renowned for its New Mexican green chili and fresh squeezed lime margaritas. Also located on premises, is Cottam's Ski Shops. This ski shop has been in business for 40 years and prides itself on knowledgeable and friendly staff that are happy to outfit you upon arrival. Property and Cancellation Policies :
Winter: 31 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less one nights total lodging. Less than 31 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Holiday: 62 days or more notification prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded, less one nights total lodging. Less than 62 days notification prior to arrival, the entire deposit of all nights reserved, including taxes will be non-refundable regardless of reason.
Summer/Fall: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival date will receive their deposit back less a $27.17 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of our business and our small size, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. We do not refund dropped nights. Any dropped nights after check-in will be charged in full.
We are a pet friendly establishment and welcome pets for $20.00 per night per pet (2 pets max.)
Any keys issued such as ski locker keys, room safe keys, and cabin keys will result in a $25.00 replacement fee if not turned in upon check out.
We are a 100% Non-Smoking Lodge. Any guest found smoking on premises will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee. Any damages incurred to rooms or hotel property could result in a fee of $250.00 or more.
50% of total lodging due at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at check-in.
NOTE: The balance on the Taos Mountain Chalet or the Taos Mountain House will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
We do not refund dropped nights. Any dropped nights after check-in will be charged in full.
Take Highway 150 (also known as Taos Ski Valley Rd.) until it dead ends in the Taos Ski Valley parking lot. Follow Armadillo Parking Lot all the way until it ends and Thunderbird Road begins. We are located on the right side with a grey exterior and bright teal green roof.
